Product Returns and Replacements
You have a right to return your product should you not be entirely satisfied with your good. You must cover the cost of the return postage for returns. Replacement items will be posted back to you FOC if stock levels allow, otherwise a refund will be given.

Exchanges or refunds will only be given providing the goods returned have not been used or damaged in any way and returned in their original packaging. Once the goods have been received by Duncan Moss Music an exchange or refund will be given.
Duncan Moss Music is not responsible for return packages that do not reach us.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting when returning items.
To obtain an exchange or refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing duncan@duncanmossmusic.com
Exchange or refunded goods must be received by Duncan Moss Music within 14 days of your refund request.
Your order will be fully refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods and exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours of them being received. If we are unable to satisfy a valid exchange due to stock levels a refund or credit will be issued.

Faulty Goods
If your goods are delivered in a faulty condition please contact duncan@duncanmossmusic.com within 30 days with a full explanation of the fault, accompanied with a photo. This needs to be done within 30 days from the date you take ownership of your goods. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a refund if your goods develop a fault.
