The album ‘Hope’ is a testament to reflection and resilience, composed of twelve piano tracks that delve into the theme of discovering light in the darkest moments. Moss's music, celebrated for its emotive and evocative qualities, radiates through each piece, providing a calming and inspiring soundtrack for challenging times.

'“The inspiration for the album came from the daily bombardment of appalling news reports across our wonderful planet and, on a simpler and more personal level, the hopelessness of being unable to do anything about it.

So much suffering be it bereavement, physical or mental issues, loneliness or dealing with the daily fear of problems caused by the cost-of-living crisis, the reasons are myriad and all consuming.

I therefore felt that the one thing that we all need wherever we find ourselves in life is the feeling of, and requirement for, hope and the belief that there is hope. To feel that we can cope, survive, plan, and enjoy a bright future is a prerequisite for being well in all its many facets.

That therefore is the message and imagery behind the songs on the album; individually and collectively they are a message of hope!

Finally, music isn’t about the notes we hear it’s about the way the music makes us feel...”
